Effort

This poem was my earliest full-fledged one..wrote it in eleventh standard! :)

The more you put in,the more comes out,
Do it for yourself,it will make you feel proud,
Take a difficult aim-target a shooting star,
The minute you achieve it,you will feel a sense of power

Have faith in yourself,keep up your confidence,
This is the one thing that will propel you to the other side of the fence,
I know you will find it difficult,I know you will try to give up,
But stop those feelings right there and lift your spirits up!

You remember Edison,don't you
He made the light-bulb come through!
"The bulb was made after 1999 failed experiments.Why?"
"Oh!It just happened to be a 1999 step long process",came his reply!

He did not lose hope or let his vision get blurred,
And today he is recognised as a genius by the entire world!
So learn from him,my friends,for life is nothing but a game,
And you are not to stop,until you achieve your aim..
